I would deactivate your plugins temporarily and then run the test again to see if a plugin might not be causing the issue.
Best regards,
Jordan ShannonMarch 18, 2017 at 3:56 am #762800I de-activated my plugins and here is my result

March 18, 2017 at 4:07 am #762802Hi,
These are the things that you can do to optimize the website speed and page load courtesy of the WordPress community:
1. Optimize all images with AI/Photoshop before uploading to server ‘save as web safe’ jpg
2. Once all images are uploaded on the website, optimize with www optimizer plugin twice 1hr 10mins apart.
3. Install wp-smushit run once to remove jpeg extra data, then uninstall.
4. Use BWP minify plugin to minify scripts and stylesheets.
5. Install WP-Super cache, select all recommended settings.
6. Logout your website, visit every page at least once to create super cache files.
7. Join Cloudflare setup your website on their CDN, Choose options: Full CDN Optimisation save then activate purge files. once done log out.
8. Have a cup of coffee.
9. Visit your site after 20 minutes or so.
10. Don’t forget to smile.Best regards,
John TorvikMarch 18, 2017 at 4:11 am #762805THANK YOU!
I will try each one of those.
Also, my server is offering this service at an extra cost – https://mediatemple.net/services/truespeed-cdn/
do you think its worth it to purchase that?
March 18, 2017 at 6:13 am #762826Hi,
If the investment is worth it for your business, I would say its good to look into. If you are not happy with service you could always cancel.

March 18, 2017 at 11:25 pm #763017One question
on this on, what do I need to configure? I am not sure how this works. I simply activated it and left it alone
4. Use BWP minify plugin to minify scripts and stylesheets.here are some screenshot settings
do i need to change or do anything?
March 18, 2017 at 11:35 pm #763021Hi,

One last question on
7. Join Cloudflare setup your website on their CDN, Choose options: Full CDN Optimisation save then activate purge files. once done log out.did you mean to install this plugin and configure it? https://wordpress.org/plugins/cloudflare/

One more thing
I am looking at my GT metrix results and one example is the following. It says
http://wsmsnyc.org/home/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/support08.jpg is resized in HTML or CSS from 1000×895 to 434×389. Serving a scaled image could save 614.6KiB (81% reduction).
It is basically telling me to make my image dimension smaller. The reason I made them that large in dimension is because on responsive devices especially tablet they stack ontop of each other and 434×389 looks cut off (no good). Did I do the right thing by keeping the dimension at 1000×895 or do you have another suggestion?
March 19, 2017 at 10:05 pm #763345Hi,
That is simply a suggestion that could help you save a small amount of space. If you actually NEED the image to be that yard then you can, and perhaps look to make reductions elsewhere. You don’t have to follow all of the suggestions.
Best regards,

August 11, 2017 at 4:09 pm #837496Hi,
If it is just that single file perhaps you can run it through here:
http://www.cssportal.com/css-optimize/
You are only linking to the file and don’t have access to the actual file code we may not be able to do much to assist with the error as it is an outside file.

Jordan ShannonDecember 13, 2017 at 12:03 pm #888276Hi , Sorry I only now read your reply
