I’m encountering these issues after I updated to WP 4.8.1. I’m currently running Enfold 4.0.7 with a Child theme.

I wasn’t able to login using those details, are you able to on your end? I got an error message about cookies, though I’m not sure if it’s related.
About your problem; could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?

Thanks for the details and the feedback, though we need access to your actual site to be able to have a look at the errors. Could you create a new users for us maybe? You can use (Email address hidden if logged out) for the email if you like, just remember to post the login details here so all moderators have access to them.

Please see private reply for logins. I’m having trouble logging in the site without deactivating enfold in the hosting. This is so frustrating. Your theme has always been like this whenever there’s a WP update. Please, I already gave you all the logins you need. You should be able to pinpoint the exact error why is this happening. My client and I are very frustrated with your theme and your support. Please don’t ask me again for any login details. I already gave you all the details that you need. We are running an e-commerce site and we’re already way behind our orders because of your theme errors.Hi,

Did you try basic debugging like deactivating all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them? You could also try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1.2) to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Please endure that your webhost has PHP v7 installed, if that doesn’t solve then try Try to update manually via FTP: https://vimeo.com/67209750
