Hi Guys,
Have been using Enfold for ages, but something seemed to have crashed after the latest update. At first certain sections stopped working. Now the entire site isn’t loading. Can you please help?
Website: bonjiglass.com
Login below. Now I’m having trouble even getting to the login page.
Thanks,

The website is loading on my end, did you manage to get it working?
Best regards,
VictoriaJanuary 20, 2020 at 10:21 pm #1176495This happened to me as well – site went down and it works with other themes (looks terrible), but doesn’t load at all with the new update installed.
January 20, 2020 at 10:43 pm #1176497It loads, but elements of it are not working properly:
Home Page: Jameson image with hotspots on the right side is waaaaay too stretched out for no reason
Shop Page: [short code] at the top – connected to a code your team gave me. Now doesn’t work anymore. The category selector that is normally on the right side is gone as well, it was controlled by a plugin.
Not sure why this happened.
January 20, 2020 at 11:59 pm #1176515I’m also having issues after updating to the latest version. Now the CSS for another plugin is not working.
January 22, 2020 at 2:23 am #1176988Hi,
Thank you for the update.
@Dzimnikov: The hotspot image is stretched out or distorted because of the following css code.div#bottleview img.avia_image { height: 700px !important; width: 341px !important; }
Where did you add the custom shortcode function for the shop page?
@ryanqb: Thank you for chiming in. Please create a new thread and post the necessary details in the private field.Best regards,
IsmaelJanuary 23, 2020 at 9:43 pm #1177896Hi, when you remove it, the image gets cut in half, like it looks now. Thats why I put the CSS code in there in the first place. It worked perfectly until I upgraded the site to the newest version of WordPress.
As for the shop page, I’m not sure exactly what I was using for the categories. Either the native compatibility, or the WooCommerce Products Filter v.1.2.3 plugin. I’m not 1000% sure, but I used to have a category selector on the right sidebar… and it’s now gone. I’m not entirely sure why.
Should I just restore an old backup of the site and re-upgrade again?
January 25, 2020 at 11:07 pm #1178409Hi yall,
I was able to fix most of the issues… but still can’t get the following plugin to work: WOOF – WooCommerce Products Filter.
I installed it, re-installed it… but nothing. Mike helped me add functionality to it at one point… here is a link to the thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/change-featured-image-in-shop-when-category-is-selected/
Is there any way I can get this plugin to work again? Its SUPER useful!!!
Cheers,
-DanielJanuary 27, 2020 at 2:37 am #1178544Hi,
Sorry for the delay. The filters display when the WP Fastest Cache plugin is disabled. We don’t see any errors or anything, so it’s a bit difficult to debug. You may have to contact the plugins authors for additional assistance.
UPDATE: We activated the cache plugin again and the filter still displays properly. It must have been an issue with the cached files.
Best regards,
