    On our site, I recently updated to WordPress 4.9.4 and Enfold 4.2.6. After doing so, the backend works fine, but the site doesn’t show up.

    I used the automated update, and then also downloaded and installed a clean copy from ThemeForest. It didn’t change the results.

    I also de-activiated all the plug-ins, but that didn’t make a difference.

    Hi,
    I see your webhost has PHP v5.3 installed, please ask them to update to v7
    After your site is back online, please enable your plugins one at a time to check for any conflicts.
