August 25, 2016 at 10:17 pm #677780Hi,
try to use this code inside Quick CSS field:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #top .container .av-content-small, .responsive #top #wrap_all .flex_column, .responsive #top #wrap_all .av-flex-cells .no_margin { width: 110% !important; }}
and adjust as needed.

AndyOctober 3, 2016 at 10:57 pm #694793Hi, I am having a similar issue on my end, except that the site itself loads without the containers for some reason (On mobile only).
Any idea what the solution to it would be?

October 4, 2016 at 7:44 am #694908Hi @PeterSocialiq,
I couldn’t see anything like your screenshot on the page you posted. Are you getting the error on the front page? If yes then what browser/device are you using? If no then please link to the page where we can see the problem.

RikardOctober 4, 2016 at 11:01 am #694956Hi @Rikard,
I am using a Windows Lumia phone with IE, but I have tested the site on other devices such as iPhone 6, HTC’s and my tablets. A few of the people visiting the site over mobile initially alerted me to the issue. I get no error, everything just loads at once, the layerslider loads all of the images, and none of the containers are responsive. When I test the site on a desktop, using a mobile browser, the site displays just fine, it appears to be only on mobile devices that this is happening, and even then it isn’t happening to all of the different models.
Browsers we have tested it on with mobile devices are: Chrome, Opera and IE, all with the same results.
Not a f****ng clue what is wrong :P I did a restore to an older version to see if it fixed the problem, but that hasn’t worked, and I also disabled all plugins, purged the caches etc. But to no avail.
October 4, 2016 at 11:06 am #694960I should mention, that the people having issues other than me, are based in South Africa (Not sure if this would have any effect). But I checked out the forums and didn’t see anyone having any issues with their ISP’s or anything else out of the ordinary.
October 4, 2016 at 1:14 pm #695019Thanks a ton! Have an awesome day further :)
October 5, 2016 at 3:51 pm #695554Hi,
your website looks totally fine for me on mobile: http://i.imgur.com/z2T2Dg0.png
So could you fix it? Please make sure that any cache is cleared. If we can’t reproduce any issues, then we can do much about it.

AndyOctober 6, 2016 at 9:07 am #695934Man this is beyond strange. Cache is cleared, but a few people are still experiencing the issue, I will look around and see if I can’t find anyone else having an issue. Is it possible it is restricted to some sort of geo-location thingy? Seems only South africans are having the issue :/ Possibly something to do with an ISP blocking something or other?
October 7, 2016 at 5:55 am #696272Hi,
I’m not sure but it sounds a bit far fetched to be honest, I’m guessing that it’s due to local cache. Could you maybe get them to try different browsers in their devices?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 7, 2016 at 12:16 pm #696419Hey Rikard, thanks for the assistance :)
I backed up the site and did a restore, it seems to have fixed the issue. Not entirely sure what was happening, but so far so good.
Really weird issue, but if it pops up again I will see if there is a more detailed solution and post it in the forums for anyone experiencing similar issues in the future.
Have an awesome day further! Hope the weather that side is better than it is here :P
