Hi. I’ve tried a few different options to fix this including:
Nothing I’ve tried has worked. I also disabled all plug-ins to see if one was causing the issue, but still no luck.
Thanks for the help!
Hey Lee,
Thanks for the details, could we have FTP details as well so that we can check your .htaccess file please? Also, would it be possible for you to serve the icon font from your actual domain instead of a CDN?
Best regards,
Rikard
Hi Rikard,
I’ve attached a link where a copy of the .htaccess file can be accessed. I’m not sure how to server the icon font from the actual domain?
Hi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see any of the code from the documentation in your .htaccess file though, did you remove it? It would be great if we could have direct access to it so that we can try adding the code ourselves.
I’m not sure how your CDN service works, but maybe it’s possible to exclude some files from being served via their service? If so then you wouldn’t have this problem, since it happens because the files are being served from a different server. Browsers will block files like that for security reasons, if you haven’t explicitly indicated that it should be allowed in your .htaccess file.
Best regards,
Rikard
