Hello,
My site is not displaying in responsive mobile view, instead it displays as a zoomed out full view when viewing on mobile.
The site has a temporary redirect but it was working before. The only thing I added in was some flexbox code for icons to sit next to each other, not sure why that would change anything.
It works correctly on the real web address but on the redirect it doesn’t
August 22, 2017 at 1:43 pm #842536Hey harshilvarsani,
This is very confusing. Why redirecting? Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
I get the same on both pages. What should it be?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 22, 2017 at 2:28 pm #842570Hi Victoria
Sorry let me explain from the beginning. I am currently developing the main site. In the mean time I have a subdomain with a holding page. The redirect is so that any external user can type in the main site (which isn’t live yet) and be directed to the subdomain site. What you’ve sent is correct, it should be the same on both. the problem is when you look at mobile for both sites.

I logged in and I am seeing the blue page with a form, is this the page you need help with or can you point us at a specific page with a specific issue please.
Best regards,

Yes that’s right, it’s a single page site and that page with the form is the one that im having issues with when on mobile
August 28, 2017 at 5:44 pm #844911Hi harshilvarsani,
Below is what I see, I do not see any issues, could you explain a bit more, which part is not working for you? Do you want more padding on the sides?
Best regards,

Are you using some custom code? If yes, just remove them and check it again.
Ensure that youre using our latest version and if there isn
t any plugin conflicting disabling all of them.Best regards,
John TorvikAugust 29, 2017 at 7:14 am #845220Hi I’m not using anything different or any additional plugins. Doesn’t explain why it’s working on one site and not the other because it’s meant to redirect. I gave temporary admin rights, is there anything you can see?
August 30, 2017 at 4:57 pm #845864Hi harshilvarsani,
It’s like that because it is an embedded iframe
Normally, if it’s not an iframe it will look right.

VictoriaSeptember 11, 2017 at 1:29 pm #850469Hi thanks for your reply and apologies for my delay in coming back. I’ve had a look and can’t see where that iframe has come from and where to delete it, or at least change the CSS that states 100vh and 100vw which I think is causing the issue when going to mobile.
How can I change this/remove this?
September 12, 2017 at 5:49 pm #851132Hi,
I think you should see that in the index file of your main site (not the dev version), I don’t think the problem is with the css but the problem is the iframe which isn’t responsive, instead of using an iframe, why not redirect it to the dev version instead?
Best regards,
