August 26, 2020 at 4:55 pm #1240962Hey Atilla,
I tried to login with the credentials you gave, however it doesn’t seem work, please check.
Please try to disable all plugins and check if the issue is fixed, if it does enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.Best regards,

August 27, 2020 at 5:43 am #1241088Hey Nikko,
It was working with same plugins, however I disabled them; nothing changed. I created a new admin account for you. Thanks for your help.
August 27, 2020 at 6:58 am #1241100Hi kilimnet,
The new credentials you gave returns an unknown account name however I was able to use the first account you gave (copying and pasting didn’t work).
The reason why it’s not working properly in the backend because of the firewall on your server which shows this error: https://imgur.com/4nRgt8e
Please try to whitelist your IP address so you can work properly with it, I’m not familiar with IIS but here’s some instruction I found that could help: https://serverfault.com/questions/653672/how-to-ip-restrict-access-to-a-website-in-iis8-5-windows-2012r2
Or you can ask for assistance from your webhost.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 27, 2020 at 9:01 am #1241130Thanks for your answer. Your https://imgur.com/4nRgt8e link goes to an unrelated page? (Or I couldn’t found the relation)
August 27, 2020 at 9:29 am #1241139Hi kilimnet,
I apologize if it wasn’t clear.
That image is the preview of your server’s response to the backend call.
You can check the full screenshot in private content.
You can verify it using Google Chrome’s Network inspector.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 27, 2020 at 3:51 pm #1241234Hi Nikko,
There is no image showing up in the shared link. There is no limitations through firewall. Could you see the problem when you log in?August 28, 2020 at 6:12 am #1241403Hi kilimnet,
The link I gave in private content shows the screenshot/image.
You can test this by opening your site in Google Chrome, go to the Dashboard.
Right click, select Inspect Element, click Network (tab) > XHR, then add a new post.
You should see admin-ajax.php with 403 Status, click on it then click Preview tab and you’ll see the same as in the screenshot.
I don’t have any access on your server and also not very familiar with IIS server, so I can only point the issue and most possible solution I know.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 29, 2020 at 6:31 am #1241788Hi Nikko,
Sorry I couldn’t solve the problem. It seems that problem is related with rights. I can create users but can not save any thing. I also login with below creditentals. Also advanced editor is not working. I can save everything from wordpress configurations but can not save any thing from theme configurations.
August 29, 2020 at 6:43 am #1241791Hi kilimnet,
The admin account has access to everything in the WordPress site but it is limited when it comes to server access privileges.
The only thing I can help is to give information on the cause of the issue.
You’ll most likely need to contact your hosting provider to whitelist your IP, here’s a similar issue in a different thread but this one is hosted in godaddy:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/advanced-layout-builder-still-wont-load/ but is also having the firewall blocking the content and shows only the spinning icon.Best regards,
NikkoAugust 29, 2020 at 6:57 am #1241792Thanks for quick answer Nikko,
I’m running my own server. There is no ip restrictions or firewall block at required ports. There is someting related with theme because wordpress site is working without any restrictions. If you retry to login with below credentals, I believe you will understand the reason.

I have posted another screenshot which may have some information that could help in debugging it.
