Hi there,
We have an issue with images and other functions once we updated wordpress.
Besides that, we are unable to update the theme. It gives an error:Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 35: error:14077410:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert handshake failure
Please assist as we have a marketing campaign going on currently.
Thank you.April 3, 2018 at 1:06 pm #936520Hey itgeeks,
Thanks for the details, though they are not working. Could you check and verify please? We only need WordPress login details for now.
As for your problem; I can see that you are running a very old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.6) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,

Thank you.April 4, 2018 at 6:36 am #936950Hi,
The shortcode files were duplicated after the manual update. Please delete the whole config-templatebuilder > aviashortcodes folder and then replace it with the current one.
Best regards,

There’s not much info regarding the original issue. What’s wrong with the images?

IsmaelApril 8, 2018 at 6:29 am #938710Hi there,
I’ve actually restored the backup which I had to the previous version, hence, you can see the images now.
If I update WordPress to the latest version, all images goes missing. Could you log in and check please.
I’ve already provided all backend logins and wordpress logins already.April 8, 2018 at 4:55 pm #938829Hi,
The site is still using the old version of the theme, 3.6.1. Please upgrade to version 4.6.2 then we’ll check the site again. Unfortunately, we can’t help you with the update itself. It’s stated on our support policy, fyi.
