I am more of a business users not much on IT
I see the below error after the recent update >> version 6.0.2
SITE HEALTH
critical issue
Critical issues are items that may have a high impact on your sites performance or security, and resolving these issues should be prioritized.Autoloaded options could affect performance
Performance
Autoloaded options are configuration settings for plugins and themes that are automatically loaded with every page load in WordPress. Having too many autoloaded options can slow down your site. Your site has 1485 autoloaded options (size: 1 MB) in the options table, which could cause your site to be slow. You can review the options being autoloaded in your database and remove any options that are no longer needed by your site.More info about optimizing autoloaded options
Please can someone recommend what need to be done.
thanks
KRJuly 27, 2024 at 6:29 pm #1463120Hey rimitsAU,
Thank you for the link to your site but we are not able to see the /site-health.php without a login. I believe that the warning that you see is from a plugin, some plugins add
recommendation to the site-health screen like optimization plugins. But I’m not seeing this on my demo site.
Unfortunately there is not an easy method to adjust the WordPress autoloaded options in WordPress, options are typically autoloaded by default for better performance, as it reduces the number of database queries required to load commonly used data,
removing this feature may cause more database queries and slowing your site in a different.
I do recall a user with a huge shoping site disabling this in his database, but this unusual and I would not typically recommend this as it takes some database experience.
If you include a admin login in the Private Content area we can examine your site-health.php message and review further, if you wish.Best regards,
MikeAugust 4, 2024 at 2:34 am #1463742thanks ! my wp-admin is 2FA login hence it will be complex for you to login ! am Iguess you need more access on /CPANEL
is it possible to do this together? on zoom?
August 4, 2024 at 12:34 pm #1463754Hi,
I don’t think that we will need to login in to your cPanel, I would not feel comfortable making changes to your database.
Since I don’t see this warning on my demo site, I would like to see it on your site.
Have you tried disabling all of your plugins to see if you still see this?
If so, please disable your 2FA login and post a admin login in the Private Content area we can examine your site-health.php message and review further.Best regards,

Unfortunately I’m getting an error that my IP is banned, please note that we all work remote and have different IPs, please allow all IPs or create a staging site that we can examine without the IP checks.Best regards,

August 14, 2024 at 11:22 pm #1464637Hi,
Thank you for the login, I believe that this is due to one or many of your plugins, I have many plugins on my demo site and I don’t see this. But I don’t have the same plugins as you.
I see that your 404 to 301 plugin has 394,577 items and your Core Web Vitals plugin is storing 284 URLs
I also see that your Wordfence Firewall is storing a block list of 19,985
So the message that you see could be from one, or all of these as they are stored in the database. The only way that I can think of checking is to uninstall the plugins, simply disabling will not clear the database.
You could try a plugin like AAA Option Optimizer but I have not used it and it doesn’t have a lot of activations, so it might be risky. I recommend ignoring this message or try these suggestions on a staging site so your live site won’t crash.Best regards,
MikeAugust 15, 2024 at 2:29 pm #1464690pls can you help !
when i try to open the site from mobile it is not making it responsive
what is did is
1) deleted 404 to 301 plugin
2) optimised DB using lite tool xxxx/wp-admin/admin.php?page=litespeed-db_optmAugust 15, 2024 at 3:04 pm #1464692This reply has been marked as private.August 15, 2024 at 10:57 pm #1464724Hi,
This looks like a caching problem with clouldflare or litespeed. clouldflare challenges me with every click, when I first view your site I saw a burger menu, but after the challenges I saw the error.
I don’t know what “optimised DB” is but deleting the plugin would not cause this.
Right now you can restore your site with your server backup and clear the clouldflare or litespeed caches, and then once your live site is back to normal create a staging clone to do these changes/tests.
Or you can clear the clouldflare or litespeed caches and then disable both, and wait 12 hours for the site to catchup and check again. Like I said I don’t know what “optimised DB” is so I don’t know if caused the issue, I would restore my site and create a staging clone.Best regards,

Glad to hear that you have sorted this out, I’m not seeing this on my install, but I have linked to a /themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/assets/static/layerslider/skins/noskin/shadow.png
image for you. Unless there is anything else we can assist with on this issue, shall we close this thread then?Best regards,
