    Hi,
    I attempted to update the Enfold theme this morning and it shut my website down. I have since activated a different theme just to get dashboard access. I have searched the forum but I cannot find an answer. The site is not showing that Enfold is an installed theme now but I have tried to re-install and it says it is already installed. Can you help?

    Hi, I seem to have been able to get the theme working but it doesn’t seem complete. i.e. when I try to edit the menu the product options and pages are not available. Also the footers all reverted back to the original template. Thoughts?

    and then attempt to re-import the Shop Demo.

    Hi,

    This does reset the DB, so I would recommend exporting your current work if it is a lot.

    Well it is a lot as the site is complete and has been live for months. Can you send instructions as I do not want to rebuild the whole site when all I wanted to do was update the theme this morning. Is this really the only option?
