    Firstly, fantastic theme! I’ve been using Enfold for 5 years, but the first time I posted on the support forum… hope you can help.

    I followed the guidance in this thread – https://kriesi.at/support/topic/instagram-has-returned-invalid-data-2/ – relating to an issue with the Instagram feed not appearing. I updated the file referenced (class-framework-widgets.php) and my site now displays this message: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties.”

    I then downloaded the current enfold theme and uploaded the same file name to my site, but stil get the same error message. Any ideas on how I can get this resolved?

    Hi Ed,

    Thanks for the login and sorry for the problem, I’m getting the same error message unfortunately so I can’t really check anything on your installation. Could you try out the suggestions in this article on how to fix the site is experiencing technical difficulties WordPress error please?

    Thanks for the response Rikard. Are you able to log in via the recovery mode details I shared? I can log in fine with those… but not sure what to do to resolve the issue once I’m logged in

    actually, I just reinstalled the theme and it’s working fine… as is the instagram plugin :) Thanks for the help!
