Site breaks when theme update is made

Hi team,

my one year support expired last month but thought whether you could help me. The theme works perfectly and the website was launched. However, all of a sudden when I updated the theme through FTP and also when add the token the site loses the images and a lot of animation (basically it breaks).

Do not know whether you can provide me with why this is happening.
