    Dear support wizards,

    To me, and I believe most users, my site looks “fine”. But for some users the pages are rendering terribly and the site looks comepletely, and utterly, messed up.

    Below is a link to a recording in which you can see what the user sees (I do not know the user), what pages they viewed and how they behaved while on the site. As you can see in the recording the site looks totally destroyed.

    Would you have any idea what is causing this issue to some people?

    The CSS is not being loaded, I think I can say that for sure. Why that would happen? That is much harder to say, it could be anything basically. The files could have been missing, server stopped responding, local caching, slow internet connection. You name it basically. We would need a lot more information to be able determine the reason.

    Would this be something you would be prepared/able to advise me more on?

    I have WP Rocket running which has various CSS related features, could this be a problem?

    Hi,

    A caching plugin could be responsible yes, maybe you could try different settings? Otherwise we could have to have step by step instructions on how to reproduce it.
