Hi,
I delivered the following site to my clients this winter and everything worked fine since recently (http://www.cinemalerio.com or http://www.cinemalerio.com/test/). My client updated once a week without any pb until end of august. Back from holidays mid-September, she could not put any modification, nor suppression, nor create new content.
I am totally unable to help her as I am facing this pb for the first time.

You are currently using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.9.2 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750

I did the update but no changes.
I tried to bring some modifications to a post, then update, but it stays with the previous post version.

Hi!
Try doing a browser refresh 3-4 times and deactivating your active plugins. There were some editor code updates on WordPress side and not all plugins have been updated.

Unfortunately, there is no change as I can’t deactivate plugins, it just doesn’t work.

I just tried to install a new plugin WP BackitUp in order to sava database before trying to update to WP version 4.0. I can install the plugin but am unable to activate it.
Thanks for not letting me down, this is a rel urgent matter for my client.

I was able to create a new page and edit existing ones. This is the new page: http://www.cinemalerio.com/test/test-paginas/
Maybe your client is using old browsers.

thank you very much. Yes, I just found that all the pb was because the database was full and needed to be upgraded.
