The single post entry page layout seems broken and does not respond to the theme settings.
I want my individual blog entries to look like this: http://fulcrumleaders.com/archbishop-desmond-tutu-speaks-for-us/ where the featured image is displayed top left. I achieved this without any customisation.
However, now all new entries do not have that featured image, no matter what I change in the theme options, the result I get is this: http://fulcrumleaders.com/forgiveness-and-chaordic-states/
Please advise, as this is taking up days of my time experimenting unsuccessfully to fix this.

I couldn’t see a featured image on any of the posts you linked to, it looks like you are using the builder to create your posts as well? If so then it’s the default behaviour, when using the builder for posts they will act like a page instead. Please switch to the default editor before saving if you want the “regular” items to show up or add them manually to the post using the builder.
