    Hi!
The layout of my single blog post pages is broken and the sidebar widgets are not loading, https://www.beachbraces.org/how-to-fix-a-gummy-smile/ .
The theme is on the latest version and I have deactivated all plugins to see if it solved the issues. Can you help me figure out why the layout is breaking?

Sure, please find login information attached.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. What happens if you disable all plugins, and activate the parent theme? You might want to try this on a staging copy of the site, if you don’t want to do it on the live site.

    Hi Rikard,
It seems to work find than, when I switch back it’s broken again on the single blog post

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure I understand what you are saying, when you switch back to what? If you are referring to when you activate your child theme, then that means that the problem is coming from your child.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

When I switch to a default WordPress theme the website works fine, the layout of the blog and single blog item are not broken.

The moment I switch back to the Enfold theme the layout of the single blog item is broken again.

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Are we allowed to temporarily disable plugins for debugging purposes? I can’t reproduce this problem on a test installation, and we’ve had no other users reporting the same thing using the version you are running. It’s very likely that this problem is caused by something local on your site.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

    Yes please go ahead.

    Hi,

Thanks for that. I disabled all plugins, and the layout went back to normal after that, which means that one of your plugins is causing this problem. Please try disabling all plugins again, then activate them back one by one, to see which one is causing this problem.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,
When I disable all the plugins it goes back to the normal layout but it doesn’t display the sidebar widgets

    #1309917

Also the styling of the header breaks

    #1309918

    and the footer doesn’t display

    #1309924

    So the layout remains broken

    Hi,

Thanks for the update. Did you try to activate the parent theme while disabling plugins? The problem might be coming from your child theme. If the same thing happens when the parent theme is active, then please try reaching out to the support of the offending plugin, as we can’t debug problems with third party plugins.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi Rikard,

When I deactivate all the plugins and activate the parent theme I still get a broken single post layout. The sidebar widget are not displaying and I get the an error:

    Hi,

Please try to completely delete the theme folder, then upload a fresh copy downloaded from your Themeforest account to see if that helps. Make sure that you have backups of the site before attempting this.

I just uploaded a fresh copy of the latest version and replaced the whole folder, but still the single post layout was broken.
then i disabled all plugins one by one. i found that W3 Total Caches causes the problem, now i try to find out how to solve this

    #1310578

also the Clearify Plugin from Webcraftic seems to cause problems, i tried to solve it within the plugin’s settings but only disabling both of the plugins solved the problem as for now
