Hi,
I have a fresh installation with ENFOLD 4.4 (fresh database, too) and built a site from the scratch.
I would like to reproduce and understand the medical demo and its single post layout like there:But no matter what “blog layout” I choose in the theme settings, it never looks like the demo
DEMO:

Title
Date · Category · Author
ContentIn my case I would like to have:
In theme settings I have the default blog. But even when I switch to “elegant” blog layout, I don’t get the layout like shown in my composing.
Could you please tell me how to get the “medical demo” single post layout without importing anything from demos?
It normally must be with the theme settings to get a demo look, right? But where do I change the single post layout to this of the medical demo please?Note: no cache plugin, performance settings in ENFOLD all disabled.

EDIT:I just discovered a strange thing:
1. I had imported the Medical Demo and checked a single post = looks like your demo site = okay, that what I wanted.
2. I checked the theme settings: compression of CSS and JS at “Performance” is enabled; I disabled it.
3. Checked single post again: the layout has changed.
4. I make a mark at “Delete old CSS and JS files?”, saved it, checked single post layout again: it is still no longer like when I imported it. So there is no way back to the state of the import. So why is the layout of a single post changing when I switch on or off the performance of CSS and JS compression???

June 4, 2018 at 6:08 am #966318Hi,
I’m sorry for the confusion. This is an issue with the translation of the blog styling settings. There are actually 3 blog styling options but only 2 show in your installation. Please install the loco translate plugin then look for the “Default (Business)” and “Modern (Business)” strings and translate them accordingly. You should be able to select the correct blog styling after this. We have reported it to the development team.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 4, 2018 at 8:49 am #966366OKAY, thank you, Ismael … now I understand … I translated it like this with LOCO TRANSLATE:
and now I have indeed THREE blog layouts available:
OMG … and I searched now for days, why my blog layouts never work like the demos :-(
Would be great, if you can fix this with the next update – for now it worked for me with your translation suggestion.
Thanks a lot, Ismael, you saved my day :-)June 5, 2018 at 8:19 pm #967438Hi Gitte,
