Single Page Blog Post

I have added the blog post element to the single page website. I have also created an anchor. When you navigate to the “Press” aka Blog section of page, a new window opens in a separate window. From there you can see the blog posts however you cannot use the navigation bar to leave blog post page. You can click on the logo to return to the single page. I’m thinking the anchor is designed to navigate on the single page not in a new window. How can I create a blog post that either is available on the single page or opens in a separate window but can navigate back to the single page?
