Since WordPress 4.0.1 Update all my slideshows are gone - Support

Hello!
Since the automatic update WordPress 4.0.1 is installed, all slideshows are no longer visible.
What can I do?

~~Just an FYI for anyone following paullindqvist’s video, my website didn’t work after I followed the video’s instructions. This may have worked before but it doesn’t now.~~

~~I downloaded WordPress 4.0-RC2 and copied the two folders (admin & includes) but my website just loaded up as a blank page.~~

Nevermind, it worked for me. I had placed a line of code into my wp-config to disable auto update on top and that disabled my site. I moved the code elsewhere and it worked.
