    Hi
    Tomorrow we have to go online with a new webpage… Today we did the last updates – specially the theme Enfold to 4.7.2. to be aligned with the last version…
    After the Enfold update, some functions doesn’t work any longer… (like Full Slide Show, Video Backgrounds, Customer Feedbacks…). All this functions are not shown any longer, wich is a no-go for our customer!
    Please, we need help asap for this issue!!! Find the credentials in the private content below.

    Hey Eric,

    We apologize for the delayed response since there are lots of queries lately.
    In the meantime, please rollback to the previous version.
    Then create a staging site (basically a duplicate of your site placed in your subdomain) where we can investigate the issues.
