    Hello Support team,

    after the latest update, all the sliders I’m using (simple slider + product slider) within the avia layout architekt are not working anymore. They are not displayed.

    I deactivated the layer slider wp with this line:
    add_theme_support(‘deactivate_layerslider’);

    in my child theme functions.php

    any ideas?

    Would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

    I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

    Hello Andy,

    thanks for your feedback.

    I followed your advise and deactivated the plugin wp rocket. Now it works. So I guess, I have to contact the guys from the plugin for a solution.

    Hey!

    There was a conflict with WPRocket should be fixed on the latest release.

    Cache also needs to be turned off and cleared, after each update.
