Hi. I was wondering if you could tell me why the sliders on my home page and the sub-pages are not responsive? Thank you in advance for letting me know how to fix this.
September 1, 2016 at 8:31 pm #680951Hey 10thStreetStation,
A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,

September 2, 2016 at 5:36 am #681104Hi,
Thank you for the info. Please try using the Easy Slider or the FullScreen slider which is built into the theme and is fully responsive. You have a simple slider layout and it can be easily duplicated using the Avia Sliders instead of the LayerSlider. LayerSlider is not that responsive, you might need to hire a freelance developer or designer to target all layers and make it responsive using Media Queries.
Best regards,
Vinay -
