I’m not happy. I bought your theme, it’s not working properly. I can’t get anyone to help me. Not only that, but the only code offered to me (your example doesn’t exist on Envato in any way shape or form so I have no purchase code whatsoever) doesn’t work to register on here and I can’t even post a damn message. I bought your theme, I deserve help. This is BS and I feel ripped off right now.
The issue is that on one of my sites, the theme won’t update and it keeps claiming it’s the correct update currently. I’m not sure why it won’t update to the correct form of Enfold (I need it for the LayerSlider update since the two are inexplicably linked to one another).
I can prove my ownership of the theme through screenshots, website URLs and the APIs I was provided.
Is envato/themeforest not the best place to buy the theme or something? There’s no info on where to find my purchase code anywhere (it’s not to the right).

You can go to this link and find your purchase code – https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990/support. It should appear below “Go to item support” button. After registering and logging in, you can start new threads under Enfold sub forum.
If you would like us to register you, please post your purchase code, desired username and email here privately.

YigitI got it going, thanks a lot. I appreciate the prompt response. I tried too long to do it without help and let myself get frustrated, I apologize.
I’ll be posting my issue soon once I compile all the problems I’m experiencing, thank you.
