The side bar widget on my site is not appearing properly. Instead of the contact form, the short codes appears for the visitors.

Hi afarahani!

That happens because the shortcodes are not setuped properly.
Please try to do them again, as they need to be converted properly.

What do you mean they have not been set up properly? They have been working well during the past year! Have you changed anything in the theme that causes such a priblem? Please be specific as I am not a coding expert.

Hi!

If you don’t mind, please copy the contact form shortcode then post it on pastebin.com. We want to test it on our installation. Also, try to remove the old widget then generate the shortcode again.

Thanks for your help.

First: The problem is not solved. It was just a work around and it did create other problems. By doing that the right to left contact form is now left to right. and also a part of the code remains visible at the end of the contact form.

Second: What did you do to the styling of my Farsi pages. All the links are in green now! It was not supposed to change other things on my website!

Not satisfied with the support yet.

Hey!

I think there is a conflict with a plugin. Try to deactivate all of them and check again. If this does not help there could be some corrupted files and in this case you need to delete all theme files via FTP and get a fresh copy from your themeforest account.

Any,

I have de-activated all plugins but nothing changed. Let me know step by step process for deleting the files for installing the new theme so I can’t damage my website.

Hey!

– make sure to have a backup
– delete all theme (Enfold) files via FTP
– get a fresh copy from your themeforest account
– copy the fresh theme files inside your theme directory

Andy,

I renamed the existing theme directory to Enfold-old and copied the new them files in directory Enfold and made sure that the theme in the new directory is activated.

The problem didn’t solve. Is this method has the same effect of deleting complete them directory and installing the new one?
