hi, I’ve had problems on this new site I am building whereby I had to add some code to be able to edit woocommerce products.
Now I have realised that none of my pages or posts show any sidebar settings.
i can set universal settings but normally with enfold you can use the right hand side editor to set specific sidebar settings.
As per this information here in the universal side bar setting
‘Choose the default page layout here. You can change the setting of each individual page when editing that page’None of that information where you select the page side bar is showing at all on the site!!
Ive never had any issues before and i love the theme but I feel like I’ve got a version with a bug or something!! Can you help please? Log in below
Thankyou!!January 17, 2016 at 1:21 am #566674Hi natashacs!
You have them all unchecked in “Screen Options”. When you edit the page click on “Screen Options” in the top right hand corner and check them all to display.
Cheers!

Thanks for the link to your site, you are using a very old version of the theme v4.4.1 so you must update to v5.6.10
Before doing so I recommend that you create a full backup with your webhost backup tools, not a backup plugin, then to update your version of Enfold you will need to download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue
then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.
Best regards,
MikeMarch 30, 2024 at 4:03 pm #1438758Hello again, I have already updated the version of ENFOLD 5.6.10, wordpress 6.4.3 and the php version 8.1; but I need guidance to change the site’s typographical styles and leave them as the site uses by default.
For example, the frontpage has blog posts in four columns where the font is too big and I would like to change it to the default ENFOLD theme style.
I also have problems to including the frontpage logo because que a mesage apears “Saving didnt work! Please reolad the page and try again”.
ThanksMarch 30, 2024 at 4:11 pm #1438759When I updated the ENFOLD theme on no occasion did it ask me to include the purchase code, which is now different.
March 30, 2024 at 4:41 pm #1438761Hi,
Please go to Enfold Theme Options ▸ Theme Update there you will see that you are using an old Themeforest API Key these are no longer used, you need to go to your Theme Forest account and create a new Envato private token amd remove the old Themeforest API Key
Then try disabling all of your plugins and then reload the site and try adding your new logo. If that resolves the issue, then reactivate each plugin individually and reload the page until you find the conflict.Best regards,
MikeMarch 30, 2024 at 6:12 pm #1438769If I use the advanced layout editor in the posts, the short description is not displayed in the overview?
The preview text also disappears in the backend?
If I do it with the Word Press Editor it works. Is this a bug?
March 30, 2024 at 6:42 pm #1438771Hi,
I’m not able to login to your site, but typically if you use the Advanced Layout Builder of posts then you manually need to add the post elements and add your excerpt in the manual excerpt box. This is by design to give you more control over what is shown. By design it is expected that posts are created with the basic WordPress editor and pages are created with the Advanced Layout Builder.
