Hi,
I’ve read a few post here, and understood from specifically topic ‘#766968’ (with name ‘WooCommerce single product page sidebars not showing up.’).
I have the same problem (and I have voted for the feature), and would be thrilled by som Enfold-team-love so I can get in the right direction.
When I use the Advance Layout Builder on a product, It looks just as I want it to do. See this link ‘http://tigereye.se/pbmkabel/produkter/specialkabel/testkategori/pbm-mining-pur-hf/’. I got my sidebar showing, to the far left, in which I add the content I like to be there.
The problem with the Advance Layout Builder is that it’s not possible to use this layout if I want to bulk-import (and for future productimports aswell) products. Not without doing more coding then I’m able to do. I do my imports via WP AllimportsSo I user the productpage in WooCommerce (single product page). But there, even on products that are not using the advanced layout builder, I can’t control my sidebar. It does not respond at all to me changing the sidebars position from left to right (now, I want it to be on left side, this was just an example).
Now, I’ve been playing around a little, and have not made the best of changes. So my example-page is a little funky (it does not help that I got the WooCommerce 3.0 image transparency-problem, but that is fixable). Example of WooCommerce single product page in my store is http://tigereye.se/pbmkabel/produkter/kablar/anslutningskabel/skx-h03vvh2-f/.So, is there any chance of me having the WooCommerce single product page (http://tigereye.se/pbmkabel/produkter/kablar/anslutningskabel/skx-h03vvh2-f/) to look like ‘http://tigereye.se/pbmkabel/produkter/specialkabel/testkategori/pbm-mining-pur-hf/’? Being able to control the sidebar would be a lovely start :)
Best regards

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look.

VictoriaApril 8, 2017 at 2:10 pm #774499@christianenglen without the layout architect you cant control the sidebar on single product pages in enfold out of the box. Even utilizing the ‘avia_layout_filter’ filter hook wont work. The layout is fixed and the sidebar is displayed below the single product image. The only way to get around this would be to unhook enfolds ‘avia_woocommerce_before_main_content’ function and to write your own.
April 10, 2017 at 9:53 am #775342Thanks for both of Your’s reply (both ‘Victoria’ and ‘mensmaximus’).
Iäm not sure what to do, so I’ll give the supportteam an adminaccount, and hope that there is a way for them to help me adjust my single product page. Or, recommend a plugin or similar that I can use.
Thanks :)
April 10, 2017 at 9:56 am #775344@christianenglen i doubt customizing or building templates is within the scope of enfold’s support. I guess you will need to hire a developer.
April 10, 2017 at 1:01 pm #775429@mensmaximus Thanks… You might be right. Guess I was just so surprised that I did not have the possibility to make the changes…
