Hi,
I have noticed that since our last theme update that our pages aren’t displaying the sidebar properly… they are wrapping to the bottom of the page. Is this a glitch? Can someone look into it for us?

Can you please link me a page with sidebar?
Best regards,

It looks like there is a conflict with our gravity forms plugin. I am also seeing conflicts with our send press plugin since the last theme update. We are also now experiencing issues with our site and cloudflare and extremely slow loading/refresh times on our site. This all started after the theme update. We also can’t update through the wp dashboard, for some reason theme updates don’t show up on there. I have to update through FTP every time. Is there a reason that the updates wouldn’t show up on the wp dashboard?
I have contacted our hosting provider and they think it’s a plugin conflict of some sort. I would really appreciate any help.

Your using Enfold 2.9.2 it looks like. You’ll need to update to the latest version, 3.2.3.
See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

ElliottJuly 16, 2015 at 7:18 pm #474517I just updated the theme. The homepage is still taking 1-2 mins to load. I’m also still seeing issues with our gravity forms plugin and our send press plugin.

You need to completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme folder before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest. This will make sure your using the latest version, 3.2.3, instead of 3.2 which you currently have installed now.
As for the long loading time it keeps hanging on this,
http://api.picatcha.com/static/client/picatcha.css?ver=2.0
, for 20+ seconds. If you didn’t add that yourself then it’s most likely coming from a plugin.Deactivate all of your plugins and reactivate them one by one to see which one is causing the issue. This will probably fix your gravity forms problem as well.
Best regards,
