    Hello,
    How can I change H3 tag in “sidebar blog.” title, in widget sidebar. (for example <p>)
    it is a serious issue because you choose arbitrary the H tag number.

    Well, in this case, you need to copy the /includes/admin/register-widget-area.php file to your child theme and make your changes there.
