Hello,
we are using the Style: Menu und Logo left
Is it somehow possible, to Open the Menu downwards and leave it open, when I am on a Submenu page?

No, Enfold menu is not built to slide down like an accordion, unfortunately. You might want to look for a menu plugin that maybe has this layout.
