    I have a problem of displaying the products managed through woocommerce, using the grid system for the display aren’t shown all products for the selected category. Furthermore, there are pages that show no product, others show only some…

    Do you have any suggestions?

    Could you please attach some screenshots of the issue?

    Did you check the option to hide products out of stock?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update.

    The site is running on an old version of the theme, 4.0.5. You have to upgrade to version 4.5.3 and may need to reconfigure some of the options. I also found this error in the console.

    www.googletagmanager.com/gtm.js?id=GTM-WXXPPHC:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

    Did you install a gtm script or plugin?

    I tried to run update, but I’ve got two errors:
    the 1st one when I tried to update via dashboard (https://ibb.co/SxLLssY)
    the 2nd one when I tried to update manually, via ftp (https://ibb.co/ww7V6P7)

    The GT plugin is now updated…

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Looks like you have updated the theme via FTP and some of the shortcode files were duplicated. Please remove the entire theme folder before uploading the latest version. That will avoid the second issue and hopefully fix the first one.
