Hi there,
I created a CPT “Medienboerse” and a custom taxonomy “mb-kategorie” (category) which as two categories “offer” and “search”.
If I now add the blog entries element to a page and select “show entries from a custom taxonomy” I can select from these taxonomies:
Category
Post Tag
Post Format
Mb-kategorie (written exactly like that)When I select Mb-kategorie I can select from the two categoriers “offer” and “search”.

Fine so far but when I look at the page I get “no entires found”.

Both categories have one entry.

How did you create the custom post type and the custom taxonomy? Please post the code on pastebin.com. Or did you use a plugin?

I’ve never used that plugin before but I’ve used Custom post types UI, https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/, and it works fine with all of our shortcodes.
