    Hi,
    I would like to change the way meta elements are displayed on single post (Date, Categories, Tags, Comments, Author, etc) and have the ability to add extra informations, change Separators between data, etc.
    Could you please tell how to do and what filter/action to use for snippet code ?

    Please use Post Metadata element under Content Elements tab of Advanced Layout Builder :)
