    i didn’t find the element Post silider in my texte editor,
    i need to show list of articles with an image preview, but the images articles didn’t appear

    Hey didierfontaine,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    hi
    i updated the enfold theme by ftp, the pictures of articles doesn’t apear
    is there a method how to add this picture ? ans how it detected ?
    also you have a problem with your custom text editor if i use it, the post slider doesn’t detecte the texte of introduction, i must use only the default text editor

    Hi,

    Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details, did you try to set a featured image for your articles? Otherwise they will only show the default icon like it’s displayed now.

    yes, i am trying to set a featured image for articles
    i dont want to see the icons i need to see the image
    as you can see the image is not uploaded in media content, but it is not a problem i can upload it
    i can also modiy the image dimension
    just i want that any images apear it in its article

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, did you try setting the featured image? Like I said in my previous reply; you will need to do that if you want them to show up instead of the icon.

    Hi,

    You show an image instead of the icon by setting the featured image, I still can’t see that you have done that on the posts in question though. You set the featured image on the right hand side on the very bottom of the edit screen.

    what edit screen ? an article or an image in the media ?
    I am trying to setting this article :

    but there is no configuration to show the image in the slide
    must i add a specefic plugin or anything ?
