Show latest blog post in feature size & increase individual post width

Hello!

I’m using the grid layout for blog posts but I’d like the most recent post to appear larger at the top of the page. Not sure what the best way to accomplish this is.

I’d also like to increase the width of the individual posts – right now it only takes up about the middle 1/3 of the page, but I’d like the images to appear larger. Any way to make that happen?
