Hi,
I’d like to show category and author on the single blog posts, but event though I’ve ticked them to display in the enfold theme options, they don’t show on the posts. Could you please help?

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
