We’ve purchased the plugin Simple Text Rotator from Code Canyon and we’re using the shortcode:

    [simple-text-rotator animation=”fadeIn” separator=”|” speed=”3000″] cool | simple | nice [/simple-text-rotator]

It’s not working anywhere, and we need this to work before Feb 2nd.

    Any hep is appreciated!

    Brandon and team.

    Hi Brandon!

Have you contacted the plugin authors?

You can send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look.

    Cheers!

The place holding word you see is “cool” in two places.
Both should be rotating and are not — our issue is we use this plugin on three websites, multiple themes. This is the only theme we’ve had an issue with so we’ve contacted you first, but we will go ahead and hit them up too.

    Hey!

Have you tried using shortcodes inside a Code Block element?

    Best regards,

    Hi!

Have you tried using the shortcode on the default editor? Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins as stated on our support policy. Please contact the plugin author. The html markup of the shortcode looks like this:

    <span class="str-rotate" data-str-animation="fadeIn" data-str-separator="|" data-str-speed="3000"> cool </span>

There seems to be a missing class attribute (rotating, rotating flip etc) which defines the rotation effect:

    Regards,
    Ismael
