    Hi,

    our customer uses WordPress 3.9.8 and Enfold 2.8.1.
    So he has a problem to put shortcodes in the Text-Block.
    After publishing the page, the plugin appears above the other content at first, after the plugin the other content follows, but the shortcode was placed in the 5th row.

    Is this a bug in Enfold 2.8.1?
    Should an upgrade to the latest theme version solve this problem?
    Our customer don’t want to upgrade the Theme if is not necessary.

    Hi wquadrat-ee,

    That version is very old at this point, I would try to update to the latest version of the theme (3.6.1) and WordPress (4.5.3) to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. Please make sure to back your site up so that you can roll back if anything should go wrong.
