I had recently purchased my 2nd license and was testing a 3rd party plugin that uses shortcodes. Using the enfold 2017 demo. When I place a text block on the front page anywhere and insert one of the 3rd party plugins shortcodes, it ends up always showing above the header. Am I missing something? See images below.
Thanks, Rug3r
August 25, 2017 at 10:49 pm #844228Hey John,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Sorry for the late reply!
It seems like login has expired. It seems like that is because of the way shortcode is being generated. Please contact plugin authors as they should have more information on what could be causing the issue.
Best regards,

I have checked it and it seems that it does goes on top even when using default wordpress editor, I have created a test page put some text and below the text I added the shortcode and it still goes on top (link in private content). I think it would be best to ask for the plugin’s support.
Best regards,

I double checked using an older/stable version of the plugin and it worked fine. I have put in a ticket with the developer. Sorry for all the confusion.
Thanks, John
