We are trying to add woocommerce to do shopping cart with Advance Layout Builder. Is this the recommended product for Enfold with that Layout Builder? Any idea which extra plugins we will need to build multiple price options for each item?

yes, WooCommerce would be a good choice. Would be best to ask WooCommerce support about any extra add-ons for their plugin.
