I have the latest WordPress with the latest Enfold theme and only WooCommerce plugin installed.
1. When I go to the shop I add a product to the mini-cart in the menu will flash for 0.5 seconds with the number (1) next to the cart and then it disappears and shows empty cart.
2. When going to the Cart page it doesn’t display anything it just keeps loading forever. Here is a video of the problems

Thank you for the inquiry.
The mini-cart seems to be working correctly on our end, but the cart page is not loading at all, as you’ve mentioned. Please check the short clip below.

Did you install an extension for the cart page? It looks different compared to the default cart template, and we’ve also found these errors in the console:
Uncaught ReferenceError: _ is not defined at cart/:375:17 Uncaught ReferenceError: wp is not defined at cart/:402:2 at cart/:404:4
Best regards,

I have no extensions, only Woocommerce. Everything is the “default” exactly as it was automatically installed by WooCommerce. I haven’t even changed any of the pages the only thing I added is the Test Product.
The add to cart that isn’t working is the one in the product page and it happens ONLY if you are new to the website. If you already used the add to cart on the shop page, it will work.
So to reset yourself to a “NEW” status you need to clear your cookies and then start over fresh with an empty cart and immediately go into the product details page and click add to cart there instead of the shop.
December 6, 2023 at 4:50 am #1427301Hi,
Thank you for the info.
We temporarily disabled the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, and this seems to have fixed the issue with the cart page. The mini-cart is still not working when adding the product on the actual product page, but it works correctly when we tested it on our own installation. This issue seems to be unique to your installation. We will check the issue further.
Best regards,
Ismael -
