Hello wonderful support staff!
I am having a bit of a struggle with my Shop page setup that I just cannot seem to figure out. I’m sure there’s a simple solution but I’ve scrolled through pages of support and haven’t quite found a similar problem.
I have set up the Shop page so I can manage it via the Advanced Layout Editor. We want it to function basically as a splash page where visitors click on one of three options (shop categories) to browse through the products on the next page.
Here’s a screenshot of the Shop page: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2JNsJiuP4ONV0h4UVFlYnhuUFk/view?usp=sharingThe problem is the page is not showing up properly. I managed to get it to show what we have set up with the Layout Builder, but the problem is it’s still showing a feed of products below that, even though I have NOT set that content up in the page layout.
Here’s what the page looks like on the front end, displaying at top what I’ve laid out in the Layout Builder, and below the feed of products which I do not want there: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2JNsJiuP4ONVzVHZGx6Ynk4cUU/view?usp=sharingScreenshot of my Shop Display settings: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2JNsJiuP4ONaVZrTWQzYmRzSVE/view?usp=sharing
Screenshot of Enfold level settings: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2JNsJiuP4ONdGVaWmRycnRmX28/view?usp=sharingWhen I remove the page assignment on the Shop Display Settings under Woocommerce > Settings > Display, it overrides any of my page layout I’ve set up and instead just shows a feed of all products. When I apply that Shop page under the Woocommerce Settings, I get what I have now.
I seem to recall that if you define the page you want displayed, if you’re using the Layout Builder, you can assign that page under Wocommerce Settings, but things aren’t quite behaving right for me. I must be missing something!
Thank you in advance.

Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
The products are shown below because you set it to be shown in the WooCommerce settings.Best regards,

Like I said above, the /shop page is ruled by WooCommerce and it shows products, as you have that set in WooCommerce settings. You can create a custom page with Advanced Layout Builder and set it to be a shop page, then it will show whatever you put there.
Best regards,
VictoriaSeptember 28, 2017 at 12:44 am #857747Okay, like I said I DID creat a custom page with Advanced Layout Builder and set it up to be a shop page. I DID put in the items I wanted in there. But in addition to what I laid out in the page layout (and I provided you with a screenshot of this page), the website has decided to include the feed of products that I 100% have NOT added to the page.
If you would please review the screenshots from earlier and perhaps log in with the credentials I provided so you may have a look for yourself, maybe we’ll be on the same page? I’ve tried everything I could think of – Permalinks settings, Store settings, Theme settings.

This a purely WooCommerce issue, not related to the theme.
