    Hey how do we get support??? Since Thuesday no replies at all!!! We don’t want another Ticket Number. Wen want support, please!

    We do have a problem with the ENFOLD Theme. When we switch it off, the shop works. If we switch it on, the shop works not (can not put products in the Warenkorb).

    -> Equal what color you choose (her is one in Blue : https://ammerseebavaria.de/produkt/ammersee-hoodie-unisex-abshoody0701_unia_na_oceanblue)

    -> As soon you put it into the „WARENKORB“ (Chart) it goes to the wrong product -> PINK https://ammerseebavaria.de/produkt/ammersee-hoodie-unisex-abshoody1001_unia_na_pinkwhite/

    Whats going on?
    Wordpress and WooCommerce says both after Analyse it is the theme ENFOLD!

    since Tuesday morning, our shop does not work anymore. Tests from us, WooCommerce support and WordPress support always show the same result:

    -> Turn off ENFOLD, the shop works
    -> If we turn on ENFOLD, the shop will not work

    Here comes the exciting question:

    1. No matter which product is in the shopping cart, after clicking on the cart button, there is always a redirect to the hoodie in pink. Here…

    Sorry for the late reply, I have carefully read your messages and followed your links, but I was not able to recreate your error, I was able to put an item into the cart and checked the item links back to the item, I was also able to edit the item which sent me back to the item, I also created an account to purchase and then on the payment page the item was correct.
    In all cases the item was correct, please see the screenshots in the Private Content area.
    So perhaps I am not following correctly, please try creating a video so I can follow along and recreate your error.

    Hi Mike,

    First of all, yes, the last week was horror for us because we did not get in touch with you. And we really tried it on all channels and noticed it unpleasantly. Please do not take this away from us, but we are in the middle of the relaunch – and the ENFOLD problem cost us the whole week.
    Out of necessity we are even on Envato Market and have bought a 2nd license ENFOLD and an extra support package. It turned out that the new ENFOLD license does not solve the problem and that the support was not for crisis, but for Envato. Here we still have a clarification with Envato and Krisi to do, because on Envato one suggests that you buy an author support. We see this as an unfair method and have instructed Paypal to initiate a clarification.

    Now the problem:

    Having been led the wrong way by WordPress and WooCommerce support, we tested everything up and down.

    Here is the clear problem: ENFOLD & WOOCOMMERCE GERMANIZED PRO are not compatible.

    • As soon as we switch off the GERMANIZED PRO (as is currently the case), the shop works

    • As soon as we switch off ENFOLD and turn on the GERMANIZED PRO, the shop will work too

    • As soon as ENFOLD & WOOCOMMERCE GERMANIZED PRO are on at the same time, the shop will not work.

    We have already informed the support of vendidero.de (GERMANIZED PRO) and opened a ticket.

    Mike – if you give us a precise time, we’ll happily turn it on again. But you could not see that yesterday, because of course we will not stay online with bugs.

    Tell us how you want to tackle the topic.

    Hi,
    Thank you for the feedback, there was a couple of issues with the Germanized plugin in the past, the last one was in January, which was solved and merged in February, but it is unclear which version it was. I see that Germanized was updated 4 days ago.
    So I would like to submit this to the dev team to review, but I have to write a detailed report of the issue so they can address this in a timely manner and recreate the error to isolate it. Please create a video of how we can recreate the error, so I can follow along and then submit it to the dev team so they can too. The more details I can give them the faster they can solve.

    I recommend checking with your webhost to see if you have the one-click staging site option, this is an option in most cPanels to create a staging clone of your site so we can test on it and your site will stay up and running while we test. You can always ask your webhost to help you with finding this option if you want.

    Here are some screenshots of what it would look like:

    We will want to verify that if all other plugins and scripts are disabled that the error can be reproduced.
    Sorry, I understand this may be a few more steps for you to take, but it will be the best course of action in this case, because your Woocommerce and Germanized settings could be a factor to creating this error, and we will need to ensure we are matching these settings exactly, especially since I have found no other reports of this error.

    -> Wir haben ja auch Germnized PRO abgeschaltet. Wir können ja schließlich nicht warten, bis ein Support das Problem behoben ist.

    Aber wenn wir es anschalten, geht nix mehr.

    I have not found any other reports of this with the Germanized plugin, to make a video try the free Screen Recorder the reason is that I could not recreate your error on your site when the Germanized plugin was turned on, so I was hoping to see the error and recreate it to make a report to the dev team.

    PROBLEM GELÖST ENFOLD/WOOCOMMERCE GERMANIZED

    Hallo Enfold-Team,

    wir bitten wie bereits gesagt noch einmal für unsere Hartnäckigkeit auf allen Kanälen um Verständnis. Eine Woche ohne Feedback des Supports kurz vor Weinachten treibt einen durchaus zu extremen Gefühlen.

    Nachdem weder Euer Support, noch der Support von WordPress und WooCommerce, auf die Lösung gekommen ist und alle Empfehlungen falscher Weise auf ENFOLD gedeutet wurden, sind wir selbst fündig geworden.

    -> Es lag an WooCommerce German PRO

    Ein beherzter Support von Vendidero hat sich intensiv mit de Problem beschäftigt und folgendes reportet: „ Oh man, das war ein „hartnäckiger“ Bug, den ich jetzt doch beheben konnte. Ich habe dir die funktionierende Version aufgespielt. Da ist etwas mit den „globalen“ Produkten durcheinander gelaufen. Das alles dann noch in Zusammenspiel mit Enfold. Naja, ich habe den Bug jetzt gefunden und werde ihn in der nächsten Version auch beheben, sodass ihr eure Version auch problemlos aktualisieren könnt. Aktuell funktioniert es nun auch bei euch.“

    Let me briefly summarize the situation:

    • We had technical issues with Enfold Krisi / WooCommerce, who had paralyzed our shop

    • At Enfold Krisi we did not get in contact

    • That’s why we sought help from you

    • Because we had no response, we have bought a new Enfold version from you

    • The new version did not solve the problem

    • Out of necessity, we then accessed your support package because our Enfold Support had allegedly expired

    • The support we bought from you had nothing to do with Enfold at all. That was not obvious.

    • So we have now bought 2 x offers that did not work. But they were sold online to you as if they were useful. Of course, we took screenshots of it – and without a doubt, the processes are misleading.

    • That’s why the friendly request to Envato Market and Krisi for a cancellation.

    That would be very accommodating and fair.

    What is the answer from Krisi?
