    Hello Sirs,
    I have read many posts regarding to the Shop banner image.
    Unfortunately, none of them helped me.
    Could you tell me in which dimension, I have to upload an image in order to be fine, without been stretched or been blurred?
    I don’t mind about parallax effect, If you think, it’s better to remove it.
    I would like the image to be from edge to edge and responsive in mobile devices.
    I would really appreciate, if you could help me.

    How are you adding that image there?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Hi Nick,

    Thank you.

    Here is the code you can put in Enfold > General Styling > Quick Css,  if it does not work, put into themes/enfold/css/custom.css

    #av_product_description .av-parallax-inner.av-parallax-woo {
    	 background-size: cover;
        min-height: 325px;
    }

    If you need further assistance please let us know.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

    Thank you so much for your excellent support!
    As you can see in the following screenshot, it zooms one part of the photo,
    https://prnt.sc/ncgjmd
    but I would like the photo to be displayed as a whole, as I upload it.
    That’s the original photo: https://prnt.sc/ncgkpg
    The resolution of the photo is: 1900×1200 as Basilis suggested.
    Please you can disable also the parallax effect.

    I am looking forward to your news.

    Best regards,
    Nick

    Hi Nick,

    It is built to have the parallax effect and so it shows part of the image and slides over the image.

    Best regards,
    Victoria

    Hi Victoria,

    Thank you for your support! I really appreciate it.

    You mean that my image cannot be displayed as a whole, as it is?
    I simply would like my image to be displayed as I upload it.
    In your demo, I can notice that the image is been displayed in full width without any zoom… how can it be done?

    Hi Nick,

    The image there has to have a parallax effect.

    Please try adding this css:

    .av-section-color-overlay-wrap {
    	min-height: 350px;
    }

    Best regards,
    Victoria
