    Hi support team,
    we just did your Enfold theme update wednesday. it seems everything works correct apart from the display of the shop banner image.
    the shop banner image is not displayed correct as before, it is just shown in a very small format under our text line within the shop banner (text and banner is correct, just picture is incorrect) and not in the correct format and size. we deleted the picture and uploaded again, but is still not working correctly.

    we removed the picture because it looked wired for clients…
    after the theme update it appeared within the banner but below the second text line and in a very tiny format (approx 2×5 cm)
    (before update it was the full sice of the banner and transparent/ behind the text line)

    Please post a screenshot. Currently it seems like you have not set a custom background image to your color section :)

    Hi!

    Please edit your color section and choose to insert your background image in fullsize. Currently you are not inserting it in fullsize. If you need help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can fix it for you.

    I added a banner in the shop page temporarily and it looks OK. Make sure that you select the correct thumbnail size: http://www.sheela.cc/shop/

    Ich habe leider das gleiche Problem: Der Shop wurde jetzt neu eingerichtet und wenn ich ein Banner (Hauptbanner des Shops über die enfold-Konfiguration, weitere Banner je Kategorie) einfüge, werden diese nicht in voller Größe angezeigt. Auch erneutes anlegen der Shop-Seite oder der Kategorie, sowie neues Hochladen der Bilder löst das Problem nicht. Wer kann helfen?

    Hey!

    Did you select the thumbnail size before using the image as a banner? Before you actually add the image as a shop banner, you will have the option to select the thumbnail size. Make sure that you select the actual size of the image.

    Hi!
    Yes, I choosed “Fullscreen/Section Sliders – 1500×200”, but the image is shown too small on the page.

    Hi!

    link you have provided does not work for me. I get a 404 error page.
    Try to use a plugins like this: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
    to be able to control images sizes in WordPress.

    Hi Andy,

    sorry, die Pfade hatten sich dann leicht geändert, daher hat der angegebene nicht mehr funktioniert. Also in enfold hatte ich noch einiges probiert, die Banner lassen sich einfach nicht anpassen und auf die richtige Größe bekommen. Hätte sie auf den Seiten gerne so eingebunden wie ein Fullsize-Slider, der auch in “normalen” Seiten möglich ist, sodass auch die Shop-Seiten das gleiche Erscheinungsbild haben.

    Mit Plugins habe ich dann nicht weiter experimentiert, habe mich für einen anderen Seitenaufbau entschieden.
