Could you provide me the files to import the demo store and demo products?
I have imported the demo default, but it does not bring the “Store” page or any product …

Thank you for using Enfold.
Please reset the database then install the recommended plugins such as the WooCommerce and bbPress. Don’t install bbPress if you don’t need a forum page. After installing those plugins, import the dummy data. It will automatically create the product items and product pages. Which products are you trying to replicate? It’s quite easy to create a product from scratch.

I can not reset the wordpress and lose all the customization process I have done!
Is there no other way in which we can import the store and its products?

Hi,
If not now there may arise a situation in the future to update wordpress or the theme, if the main theme code or php files are modified we strongly recommend using a child theme and make the custom modifications as this will not be affected whenever your site needs to be updated.
It is super easy to setup a child theme please refer to this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
In case you need any help doing this we are happy to help :)
NOTE: The blog post, gallery or other data you have on the site wont get affected by this update.

I am still unable to import the store properly (I leave the link in case we are not understanding http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview)
Even resetting the wordpress and database and importing everything from 0, the store is not imported.
Can someone support, access the wordpress and import the page?
I need to keep working on it, and none of the answers you give me gives me a solution.
