    Hi
    I just upgraded my website http://www.herbalhealinginc.com/ to WooCommerce version 2.5.0 and found the shipping calculator not working at all.
    Please help as soon as possible.

    I included login credentials should you need them.

    Hey tremblayly!

    Can you please try de-activate all active plugins except for WooCommerce and check if that helps? Also, please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit,
    I tested the theories as follows:
    Deactivated all of the plugins on my STAGING area, except of course for WooCommerce – issue remained
    Replaced the ENFOLD theme on the live server via FTP – issue remained
    Replaced the ENFOLD theme on the STAGING server, deactivated all of the plugins – issue remained
    Deactivated all of the plugins on my live server – issue remains

    I now reactivated all of my plugins on my live website.

    Hey!

    I tested the shipping calculator, selected Canada > Alberta and then input “T2P” as the zip code. After that it displayed the shipping list plus tax:

     Local Pickup (Free)
 Standard (UPS): $41.28
 Next Day Air Early AM (UPS): $74.37
 Next Day Air Saver (UPS): $43.39
 Next Day Air (UPS): $50.08
 2nd Day Air (UPS): $42.80

    Could you please provide the a step by step instruction about how we can produce the issue?

    Hi!

    if the shipping should be different per Country, please try use a plugin like

    Table Rate Shipping

    the woocommerce alone, can not make such advanced things

    Hi Basilis
    I have the Canada Post Extension installed and configured. It always displayed the list of shipping methods in the same way and UPS does. Except, that before the upgrade, it used a dropdown menu. I never needed another extension to make this work and why is UPS working?

    Hi Basilis
    I switched to the Twenty Sixteen theme, after a couple of refreshes it worked. Then I reactivated my child theme and it appears to be working now.
