Shareaholic is going to make me crazy

Yes, I know Enfold has it’s own sharing features. They aren’t as versatile as what I need. Shareaholic was working great. I have it on for above and below post and above on index. Now all of a sudden in the index it is doing something weird. Look at my main page http://www.strengthinnumberscoaching.com/test. There is a set of share buttons between the header and slider. It’s driving me crazy! No matter what I do I can’t get rid of it. HELP!
