I’m not into making the complete translation for Enfold (at least right now) but several strings should be translated asap.
Please note that all letter cases are correct in translations offered.
#13095 should be
msgstr “умолчанию”
instead of
msgstr “Заказ по умолчанию”#13044 should be
msgstr “Подробнее”
instead of
msgstr “Показать по умолчанию” (it translates back to English as “Show by default” now while shoud be backtranslated as “Show details”)#13049 should be at least
msgstr “Моя учётная запись”
instead of
msgstr “Моя учетка” (cant language is used now, it is inappropriate for formal sites)#13074 should be
msgstr “Войти”
instead of
msgstr “Залогиниться” (cant language is used now, it is inappropriate for formal sites)#13085 should be
msgstr “Тэг”
instead of
msgstr “Тег” (grammatical error)More to come immediately in the following self-reply.
April 18, 2016 at 5:13 pm #616678I’ve put the strings #13044 and #13095 into the starter message while they actually should reside in this reply as I’m talking about WooCommerce sorting drop-downs here.
So #13095 should be
msgstr “умолчанию”
instead of
msgstr “Заказ по умолчанию”#13044 should be
msgstr “Подробнее”
instead of
msgstr “Показать по умолчанию” (it translates back to English as “Show by default” now while shoud be backtranslated as “Show details”)#13120 should be at least
msgstr “продуктов на странице”
or even better
msgstr “наименований на странице”
and the best one is
msgstr “позиций на странице”
:)It seems like the strings #2491, #6215, #13100, #13105 are used for translating several parts of the site and not all of them belong to WooCommerce.
At the same time there are two verb rections in Russian language, three noun inclinations and six cases.
So looking at the WooCommerce product sorting dropdowns we may find some obscure phrases. I can’t find a correct English example but the closest one by obscurity would be “Sort over the named”.Unfortunately as for now the sorting drop-down couldn’t be translated to Russian correctly as it destroy other site places.
So adding some additional placeholders for translations in the Avia framework would be a nice idea.
April 18, 2016 at 5:17 pm #616683Russian speaking Enfold users are welcome to correct my suggestions.
Love your own language and respect any other one that may be used in your products. :)
That’s all for now.

thank you! please check out this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/please-contribute-and-translate-enfold/
Cheers!
AndyApril 20, 2016 at 11:49 am #618206I know about that thread but as I’m not completely sure I will use Enfold (due to known reasons), I’d better leave my current translation suggestions here right now for Kriesi’s consideration.
