    Issue 1
The Plugins Section of the control panel – Some of the checkboxes are missing. I can’t delete or deactivate many of the plugins — NOR can I ADD a new plugin. The option is simply not there.

    Issue 2
The Avia Advanced Layout Builder has malfunctioned. Specifically in the text block — text view seems fine, but the VISUAL tab shows absolutely nothing. I can’t insert anything.

I’m sure there are more issues. But, what do you suggest? Reinstall WordPress 4.5? Or, is there a way to revert back to the earlier version of WordPress?

PS – I tried the “FIx” that was mentioned in the front of this support forum. It did not solve the issues.
Is anyone willing to take a look at my site and suggest an answer?

    Hi!

The site looks good on my end please see screenshot attached. Try to hard reload and empty browser cache and review the site again.
To do a hard refresh… First press F12 to open the Chrome Dev Tools then hold down Ctrl and click on the Reload button.

    Best regards,

It’s not the external site that is bad. The site is fine. It has nothing to do with the browser cache.

    I’ll restate:
    INSIDE THE CONTROL DASHBOARD.

I cannot edit my site properly.
The Avia Advanced Layout Builder has malfunctioned.
go to any Page in the WordPress Dashboard.
    Use the AVIA LAYOUT BULDER
    Click on any TEXT BLOCK
In VISUAL MODE – you get blank space that cannot be edited. You can’t add anytning
in TEXT MODE – the html code shows up. So….the content is there…it’s just not showing up on VISUAL MODE
Thus, in renders the entire website UNEDITABLE.

    Does this make sense now?
That’s why I gave you login credentials.
In my opinion, there is a conflict with the latest version of Enfold and the latest version of WP.
I just was hoping someone, smarter than me (which is most everyone here) could determine what is happening.
